Interpublic Group of Cos. is responsible for forming the Mullen Lowe Group. It was made by bringing together Mullen and Lowe & Partners. José Borghi is considered as the founder of the Mullen Lowe agency, which was formerly known as Borghi Lowe. He is considered to be one of the most influential advertisers today. He has created great campaigns. These include Mammals of Parmalat. In this children appeared dressed as stuffed animals. They sang jingles which are still remembered today.
